You lost your serial number? What now? Cracking? No, recover it legaly!

Hello,

do you know that… you forgot or lost the license key (also known as serial number or activation key). The can become expensive. Because without the serial number is it not possible to use the most, bought, software or they just work in the trial mode.

But what can you do? Ok, you could search in the internet for a serial number crack. But this is illegal and harms the developer and if you get caught then also yourself.
No, there is another way. There are programs which can help you. It can find serial numbers of installed software and shows them and/or can save the serial keys in several file formats. It works even in a whole network.

In plain English: I start the software and it will search on my hard drive (or wherever I want) and returns a list with all installed software inclusive the product key.
This list I can save or print.

I format and reinstall my whole computer every few months. I collect a lot of waste with the time on my computer and it makes it very slow.
There is just one solution: Format and reinstall all needed software products again. After it’s nice fast again.
Unfortunately with it also always starts the search… What is installed? What do I need to have installed? Searching the install files. …. Where was the product key?

Most of the serial numbers for my programs are in Germany, as I realized finally. I forgot them when I moved to Cyprus. :( Great!
What can I do now? I had a look in the internet and found a program. It is called recover keys (available also in English). It can readout the serial number of installed software. And it can save and/or print the keys.

After this step I can format the computer and install everything again, without worries about the loosing the activation keys. I have everything very organized printed :) And a nice side effect is that I know exactly which programs I had installed before – at least the ones which have a serial and are recognized by the software.

But the program can be a bit more even. It can scan as well other partitions (even not bootable or crashed ones) and even whole networks (direct from one computer).
And it is possible to change a serial number, which is entered already, with the program.

Recover keys supports over 3000 software products (06.2010) and is market leader on this subject. And it cost just 25 Dollar (approx. 16 GBP)… and what would it cost to buy a software again because you lost the serial number?

A notice I need to make is that you can not crack, hack, bypass or generate any license key with this software. Also invalid keys or automatic activations are not possible. That would be illegal.
The program is recovering the serial key of software which is already installed on your computer and saves and/or print the result.

There are also free software solutions. But as you can see here, they support a lot loss software products.

Hallo zusammen,

kennt ihr das… Lizenzschlüssel (auch Seriennummer, Aktivierungsschlüssel oder Produkt Key genannt) verlegt, vergessen, verbummelt oder einfach weg. Das kann teuer werden. Denn ohne die Seriennummer sind die meisten, gekauften, Softwareprodukte nutzlos bzw. funktionieren nur noch im Demo-Modus.

Doch was kann man da machen? Man könnte jetzt in das Internet gehen und einen Seriennummer crack suchen. Aber das ist illegal, schadet den Softwareherstellern und wenn man erwischt wird auch einem selbst.
Nein, es geht auch anders. Es gibt nämlich ein kleines Programm das etwas ganz besonderes kann. Es findet Seriennummern von installierter Software, zeigt diese an und sichert sie in diversen Dateiformaten. Das funktioniert sogar Netzwerkweit.

Auf gut Deutsch: Ich starte das Programm und es durchsucht meine Festplatte (oder was man halt vorgibt) und listet mir alle installierten Programme inklusive Produkt Key auf. Diese Liste kann ich dann ausdrucken oder abspeichern.

Ich installiere meine Rechner alle paar Monate komplett neu. Mit der Zeit sammelt sich da so viel Müll an, das mein Computer total langsam wird.
Da gibt es nur eins: Festplatte formatieren, alles neu installieren und schon läuft der Rechner wieder mit Lichtgeschwindigkeit.
Leider geht dabei auch jedes mal die Sucherei los… was ist überhaupt installiert, was ich brauche, Software raussuchen, alles zurecht legen… Lizenzschlüssel… wo waren die noch gleich?

Die meisten Seriennummern für meine Software liegen in Deutschland, wie ich mal so bemerkt habe. Ich habe sie bei meinem Umzug nach Zypern in Deutschland gelassen. :-(
Was macht man dann da? Ich habe mich mal ein bisschen umgesehen und ein Programm gefunden. Es heißt recover keys. Es kann von Installierter Software die Seriennummern auslesen und zeigt sie an. Dann kann man sie in verschiedenen Dateiformaten speichern oder in einer Liste ausdrucken.

Danach kann man dann beruhigt den PC platt machen, alles neu Installieren und kann sich die Suche nach den Seriennummern sparen… man hat sie ja schön ordentlich in einer Liste ausgedruckt :-D Und ein schöner Nebeneffekt ist dass man genau weiß welche Software auf dem Computer installiert war – zumindest die einen Lizenzschlüssel hatte.

Das Programm kann aber noch ein bisschen mehr. Es kann auch andere Windowspartitionen nach Lizenzschlüsseln durchsuchen (auch nicht bootbare bzw. abgestürzte) und sogar ganze Netzwerke (direkt vom eigenen Computer aus).
Und man kann direkt aus dem Programm Seriennummern ändern, die schon eingegeben wurden.

Insgesamt unterstützt es über 3000 Softwareversionen und ist damit Marktführer auf dem Gebiet. Und es kostet nur 25 Dollar (ca. 18 Euro) … aber was kostet es eine Software neu zu kaufen? Und das nur weil der Lizenzschlüssel verloren gegangen ist.

Wichtig zu erwähnen wäre noch das man mit der Software keine Seriennummern knacken, umgehen, cracken, hacken oder generieren kann. Auch ungültige Seriennummern oder automatische Aktivierungen sind nicht möglich und es wäre illegal. Das Programm liest lediglich gültige Lizenzschlüssel von bereits aktivierter Software wieder aus und zeigt sie an bzw. speichert die Seriennummern in einer Datei.

Hi everybody,

i wasn’t sure to write it also in english… but my friend circle is not just english people, so why not… ok, maybe after that posting there will be no english friends anymore :-o :-)

Anyway… to be honest I don’t like football in general. But the world champian chip is a bit different and we descided to go today in the shaka zulu bar, here in limassol. Germany VS England… that is something special here… with so many english people and a few germans.

When i arrived there today it was so full as never before, when i’ve been there. I have to tell therefore that many germans visit the shaka zulu. And today was there only germans… on the first look. Everywhere black-red-yellow warpaintings in the face, german flags, wheat beer and bratwurst and sauerkraut.

My friend was sitting straight on the first bar, outside. So i was standing next to her. But when i had to go inside, because my other friend was sitting inside on the bar… i feeled a bit… out of place. Inside was the english fans. … Outside the german fan community with german television and inside the english fan community with english television. Also an option :-)
But as a german… out again :-)

And then they start the game. The atmosphere was great… more than great. One girl brought a drum with her and was cheering the german team with her drum :-) And then score first goals and the people was madding.
What then english people did inside… i couldn’t see or hear anything :-)

I believe we choose the right game to watch. So great goals are very seldom, for sure… only sensational goals… for me.

And even i don’t like football… i think we will watch every german game in this WM in a pub. :-) It was so great… and peacefull!!

Here a few movies that you can realize the atmosphere in the pub. But i had just my mobilecam with me… so not the best quality… sorry.


And by the way… what is a english doing after he won the the WM? … Switching off the playstation and going to bed. ;-)

Deutschland gegen England – 4:1 gewonnen – Jaahaaaaha :-)

Hi,

also eigentlich interessiert mich fussball so viel wie nen pferd fahrradfahren interessiert… also gar nicht. Aber heute haben wir beschlossen ins shaka zulu zu gehen und fussball zu schauen. Deutschland gegen england… ist ja schon was besonderes hier… bei so vielen engländern und auch einigen deutschen. :-)

Dort angekommen war es so voll wie noch nie zuvor, als ich mal da war. Dazu muss man sagen das dass shaka zulu viel von deutschen besucht wird. Und heute waren es nur deutsche… auf den ersten blick. Überall schwarz-rot-gelbe kriegsbemalung, fahnen, weißbier (jaa) und bratwurst mit sauerkraut (jaaaaa)… :-)

Meine bekannte saß gleich vorn an der theke, draußen. Also bin ich da gleich mit geblieben. Als ich dann aber mal rein musste, weil mein anderer bekannte drin an der theke saß… kam ich mir komisch vor. Da waren dann die engländer. Draußen die deutschen mit deutschem fernseh und drinnen die engländer mit englischem fernsehen. Auch ne möglichkeit :-)
Aber als deutscher… schnell wieder raus :-)

Und dann ging es los. Die stimmung war super… mehr als super. Eine hatte gleich ne trommel mitgebracht und feuerte noch mit getrommel an :-) Und dann vielen die tore… und der kessel kochte. Was drinnen bei den engländern los war weiß ich leider nicht… die hörte und sah man nicht :-)

Und ich glaube wir haben uns das richtige spiel zu schauen ausgesucht. So geile tore gab es sicher selten… und durch die bank weg nur spektakuläre tore.

Auch wenn ich fussball nicht mag… diese wm wird wohl jetzt jedes deutschlandspiel nur noch im pub geschaut :-)

Integrate affiliate tracking codes in Prestashop

Hi,

I’ve opened now my first online shop and quickly the question came up… how to find customer. Or who could help me with it.
Quickly I found one possible answer… affiliate marketing. It’s anyway my preferred method from all I know and for which my wallet is big enough. Everything else is not economical or just to expensive… most both.

So, I started a campaign at my favorite affiliate network. And then the big question… how to integrate the tracking code in my Presta shop system? :o
That is not so easy, because there are variables to send.

Luckily we have the internet. :) And I found the answer in a forum. Here the quote summary of PaoloPinkel:

 

1.) Add this to the init.php:

2.) And this to the order-confirmation.php:

3.) The code from Belboon has to be added into the order-confirmation.tpl. In this sniped you need to replace NETTOWARENWERT (sorry, don’t know what is written in the english version ‚Net value‘?) with {$belboon}, ORDERCODE with {$id_order} and xxxx,yyyy with {$belboonSession}.

That’s it. If you have to transfer VAT then you have to reduce it from getTotalProductsWithTaxes() somehow. Else they pay to much commission.

Affiliate Tracking Code in PrestaShop einbinden

Hallo zusammen,

da ich jetzt meinen ersten eigenen Online-Shop eröffnet habe bin ich auch schnell auf die Frage gestoßen wie die Kunden zu mir finden. Oder wer mir dabei helfen kann.
Schnell war eine Antwort gefunden… Affiliate Marketing. Das gefällt mir im Moment eh am besten von den Marketingmethoden die ich so kenne und wofür mein Geldbeutel reicht. Alles andere ist entweder unwirtschaftlich oder schlicht zu teuer… meist beides.

Also habe ich bei beim Affiliatenetzwerk meines Vertrauens eine neue Kampagne gestartet und dann die große Frage… wie kriege ich den Tracking-Code in meinen Presta Shop System? :-o
Das ist gar nicht so einfach da ja auch noch variablen übergeben werden müssen.

Zum Glück gibt es ja das Internet :-) Und so wurde ich in einem Forum fündig. Hier das Zitat der Zusammenfassung von PaoloPinkel

 

1.) In die init.php gehört folgendes:

PaoloPinkel hat sich bei Belboon angmeldet. Ich nutze ein anders Netzwerk. Ist aber das gleiche Prinzip. Man muss nur die Variablen anpassen.

DJ Tiesto in Limassol – 30 June
At the 30 of june is DJ Tiesto in the Dolce Club in Limassol. The party starts at 22 pm. You can buy cards for the event in the Blueberry Cafe or Brent Cross in Limassol and in the Acapella Store in Nicosia. The tickets are limited.

DJ Festival at the Governors Beach between Limassol and Larnaca – 10 July
A big DJ event shall be at the 10 of July at the Governors Beach. Mainact is DJ Act Tenishia from Malta. Planed are also laser shos and dancer. Also is the local radio at the event.
I have no information when it shall start, but it’s planed until the early morning hours. Entrance is free.

Guaba the Concert @ Moni Football Field – 30 July
The Guaba invited… and this quite big as it looks. At the 30 of July from 6pm. to 2 am (yes, I know… welcome to Cyprus). Acts are Sander van Dorn – who have his first gig in Cyprus.

I found the first great club/bar in Limassol – Guaba

Hi friends,

yes, i found the first nice bar/club in Limassol. I’ve missed it so long here. A nice club with nice music. Or how all older people – minimum 5 years older – would say: bum bum music :-D :-P

I’ve met me last friday with anna in the Guaba. Before I’ve never been there and heared just in one time about it. A wonder, because it’s really a great club.

The club himself is direct on the beach. There is a main building with the DJ table and the club is open air incl. a part of the beach behind the club.
They played on friday nice chill out music. My friend said that they will turn down the music after midnight, that the people can chill. But unfortunately next door opend another club and they don’t think that the music has to be quite on a friday after midnight. So, no chilling… :-(

An today – sunday – they played nice trance/house music with DJ Nick Warren… and the club was full with many friendly people :-)

Absolutely great is that they open on sunday at 3pm. until 8pm. Exactly the right think for a sunday. So you can go home at 8 and have enough sleep to be fit for the work on monday ;-)

How to find the guaba?
Very easy. It’s next to the Aquarius Hotel on the beach road. You can’t overlook it from outside. It’s full with graffiti. Also clothe to the Guaba is the Drifters Bar and Mc Donalds.

Endlich einen vernünftigen Club in Limassol gefunden – Guaba

Hallo zusammen,

das habe ich ja schon lange vermisst. Einen vernünftigen club hier mit vernünftiger musik… oder wie alle älteren – die mindestens 5 jahre – sagen würden… bum bum musik :-D :-P

Ich habe mich am freitag mit anna im guaba getroffen. War vorher noch nie da und nur einmal von gehört. Ein wunder… das ist wirklich ein richtig klasse club.

Der club selbst ist direkt am strand. Ein hauptgebäude mit DJ Pult und der club selbst ist freiluft. Der garten wurde zum club ummontiert und ein teil des strandes dazu.
Freitag haben sie schöne chillout musik gespielt. Meine bekannte meinte das sie nach 12 sehr leise machen und man schön chillen kann. Leider hat daneben nun ein anderer club aufgemacht der davon nicht viel hielt… so war leider nix mit chillen :-(
Und heute – sonntag – gab es schönen trance/house mit DJ nick warren und das ding war knacke voll mit lauter netten leutchen :-)

Besonders interessant finde ich das sie am sonntag um 15 uhr aufmachen und 20 uhr schließen. Genau das richtige für einen Sonntag.

Wo findet man es?
Direkt an der strandstrasse. Neben dem Aquarius Hotel. Das gebäude ist auch von außen nicht zu übersehen… voll mit graffiti. Noch in der nähe ist drifters oder mc doof.

Great german/english/greek speaking dentist in Limassol/Cyprus

Hi everybody,

i’ve needed a dentist last week and I reminde me that i’ve red in a Cyprus forum that a new german speaking dentist is in Limassol. Of course I would like it more to go to a german speaking dentist as to an english speaking dentist. Because in german i can still better explain what is the problem and also I understand better what he is telling me.

Anyway. I’ve called Theo (the dentist) and we made an appointment, just for a first check up and a coffee and a chat. ;-) So, we did it and i figured out that he is very nice. He is Cypriot, but studied in Germany and was also living there for 25 years. Now is he back in Cyprus with his wife and the childreen.
After our first „real“ appointment incl. treatment I figured out that he is a good doc. Very friendly, very sensitive and I think he know what he is doing (have no idea about the profession). Also his office is very modern. Like in germany. At the dentist where I was last year it was strange… like a living room :-o

How to find him? Easy. The last roundabout in direction to paphos (this one where the mc donalds is). Take the exit in direction to the city/orphanides parking space.
You can park on the orphanides parking space, if you like. Then back to the main road and opposite of pizza hut/playland is a kiosk on the other site of the street (more or less new building). Theos office is over the kiosk in the first floor. The entrance is on the back site of the house.
Or you take the same exit of the roundabout and turn on the next traffic light left and after the first house on the left site on the parking space (left site). Park here and go to the left corner in the back site of the parking space. Go through the rolling gate and first floor.
